Upon such notification, Bahar Shabtay Law Office may, following its review of the matter, remove such content. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of laws provisions therein, and the courts of Tel Aviv – Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to these Terms.
